In order to ensure your shopping experience is as pleasant as possible, we’ve outlined some important shipping and returns information, as well as some common questions you may have about shopping with us. How are your products produced?

Our products are printed-on-demand, which means we don’t have a warehouse stocked to the brim with piles and piles of inventory. We chose to build our store in this way for a few reasons:

  1. Producing and storing inventory in a warehouse requires a lot of moola! Simply put, we don’t have that kind of cash in the bank (one day, perhaps?!).
  2. We wanted to leave the production, fulfillment and shipping to the experts, so we partnered with Printful, a print-on-demand company with worldwide reach and tonnes of experience in producing high quality, custom printed merchandise.
  3. Partnering with a print-on-demand fulfillment company means we have the opportunity to choose the best products, materials, and fit at the best cost. In other words, we don’t have to cheap out on quality to keep our costs down. This means we can source high-quality materials at a lower cost, and pass those savings onto you!

When you place your order, Printful gets to work! They select the size, colour and design for the T-Shirt you chose (all of our designs, by the way, are created by Geoff W., one of Wowzerful’s Co-Founders), and print it using their fancy machines and the latest state-of-the art thing-a-ma-jigs. This usually takes 3–7 days. Once your custom T-Shirt is ready, Printful ships it out!

What brand of T-Shirts do you sell?

At Wowzerful, we’re all about inspiring kids and parents to get outside and explore the natural world around them. That’s why we’ve sourced our T-Shirts from Bella+Canvas, a supplier that cares about the environment as much as we do. Their products are woven, dyed and cut in the USA, then assembled in Los Angeles or Central America in a sustainable and humane way. We really like that they are a Platinum W.R.A.P certified manufacturer, which means they never cut corners and treat their employees and the environment the right way. As an added bonus, their T-Shirts look, fit and feel great!


When will my order arrive?

The time it takes for your order to arrive will depend on your location. The below estimates are for shipping times only — please keep in mind that it will take an additional 3–7 days for your custom item to be produced.

  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Canada: 3–4 business days (Please note: Any orders containing Toddler and Youth sizes are produced in the US, so shipping to Canada can take 3 – 4 weeks due to customs delays)
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

How is COVID-19 impacting order times?

Our fulfillment times may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We’re seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors, shipping carriers and customs as the entire industry is grappling with challenges. Unfortunately this is making it difficult to predict the shipping times.

Where will my order ship from?

Your order is produced and shipped at one of Printful’s worldwide locations. They’ll make the best choice for where to produce and ship your product from based on their inventory and your location.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders outside of the US and Canada. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your country’s local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they may apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

How do I track my order?

A tracking link will be sent to the email address you provided when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please feel free to email us at [email protected].

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

Please check your shipping confirmation email to ensure there are no mistakes in the delivery address. If the shipping address was correct, please email us at [email protected] or use our Contact Form and we’ll do our best to figure things out.


I received a wrong or damaged product, what should I do?

We apologize in advance if you receive a damaged product. To help us resolve this for you in a timely manner, please email us at [email protected] within one week of your product arriving. Please provide photos of the damaged product and your order number and we’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!


What’s your return & exchange policy?

Since every Wowzerful item is custom printed just for you after you place your order, we are not able to provide returns, exchanges or refunds unless the product you received is damaged or was incorrectly labeled with the wrong size. In the unfortunate event that this has happened with your order, please email us at [email protected] within one week of your item arriving. Please provide photos of the damaged product and your order number and we’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
